Before the first paid comparisons
Start with a question.
No files or payment.
The planned service is $97 for two to four bids on one Indiana residential asphalt-roof project. Electronic report. No subscription.
Read the clearly fictional sample first, then tell us which decision it helps with.
Inquiry only. Nothing sends automatically.
Tell us what you need to compare.
We are checking interest and preparing a small pilot. An inquiry does not reserve a delivery date or create an order. Paid comparisons and document submissions are not open.
The prepared email asks what decision the fictional sample helps with and what you would choose at $97. Completing those prompts may avoid a follow-up.
Or email support@trybidhound.com with the subject “Roof comparison inquiry”.
Keep the first message simple
Include your project city and state, roof type, number of bids and main question. The initial service is for Indiana customers and Indiana properties. If you manage several properties, an approximate recent project count and next expected project help us understand repeat needs.
Do not attach bids or send street addresses, client names, identity documents, insurance claims, signatures, account numbers or payment details. We do not need those for an inquiry.
Property manager, rental investor or community association manager?
Include your role, approximately how many eligible roofing projects you compared in the past 90 days, and when you may next need a comparison. These details are optional and self-reported; they help us test whether an ongoing professional service would be useful.
Before writing, use the residential roofing bid checklist to identify the scope difference you want to understand.
There is no subscription, reservation or paid pilot offer. We are collecting inquiry evidence under the same no-files, no-payment process.
What happens next
We review your question and may ask a short follow-up or point you to the fictional sample. There is no payment request at this stage and no ongoing marketing subscription. An inquiry is not a promise that the pilot will open by a particular date.
Before any paid work, we will confirm eligibility, document handling, available capacity, the $97 total and an achievable delivery date. The planned refund policy is a full refund before delivery or within 30 days afterward, without requiring a reason.
How inquiry information is used
We use your email address and voluntary project details to respond and assess demand for the service. Namecheap Private Email handles messages; OpenAI/Codex may assist with reviewing and drafting responses within this inquiry process. This is ordinary email, not an end-to-end encrypted document vault. The private operating dashboard receives only pseudonymous counts and coded outcomes, not your email address or message text. We do not sell inquiries or publish your contact details or message contents.
See the privacy notice and planned service terms. Reply to the same thread if you want us to stop responding or request deletion.
